SPR# MJBG7EY6TX - Code added in 8.0 for the Compact -i option can cause a panic if there are error's in some of the special objects in the database. This fix corrects the error paths to not panic and handle the error's correctly. If the special object would cause the database to be unusable the request fails and fixup should be used to correct the database. Fixup is changed to fix one of the special objects that causes this problem.
