SPR# LMAN6E4PQ2 - With this fix, a non-owner with Designer access and using the same client machine (with owner's policy info in local names.nsf), can no longer perform Archive Now, and no longer sees any criteria in mailfile outline. This problem is also fixed when the mailfile owner and non -owner Designer are both assigned the same policy.
