SPR# JCON5RAGYL - Using the Administration Tool to sign notes either with the current user id, or the server id, will update the note even if the note does not require it. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1 and was a regression introduced in 6.0.

Problem:
The issue has been reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering, and has been
addressed in Lotus Domino 6.5.1 MR. If you haven't yet upgraded, you can
workaround this issue by temporarily signing design elements using the Design
Client or an R5 Administration Client. More >
