SPR# DNADDJ7RNQ - Programmability - LotusScript - Fixed an issue where NotesHTTPRequest was returning a truncated result. Workaround was to set notes.ini HTTPREQ_USEBYTECOUNT=1 to get pre-14.5 behavior. This regression was introduced in 14.5
