SPR# JBAA6B9ME8 - attachments within multipart/related parts were stored with the wrong 'host type', causing the client to regard them as inline documents, thus displaying no paper clip icon at the view level
. this bug also caused the converter to create zero length attachments. attachments within multipart/related parts are now correctly stored with HOST_MSDOS as the host type.
