SPR# JJMSDD84BC - Server - HTTP Server - Fixed an issue where change password was showing twice on the web when setting up MFA, forcing user to reset the HTTP password if admin had set user record to force change of first use. This fix is off by default - use new Notes ini ENABLE_PENDING_PW_SUBMITTED_CHECK=1 to enable
