SPR# NGRTDDSCER - Server - Performance - Fixed an issue with Window 2019 and Window 2022 where, when starting Domino as windows service, the disabling of MS file caching capping did not take place, resulting in a performance impact. The notes.ini OS_DISABLE_CACHESET now defaults to 1.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
