SPR# UTOO7JZ9Y2 - Outlines on the web (displayed as HTML) had a problem.
If an entry has both a target and sub entries and no "twistie" displayed, there is no way to activate the target, as clilcking on the entry will trigger expand or collapse.
With the fix, clicking on the entry text will activate the target, clicking on the image icon (or the blank area if
no image icon) will trigger expand/ collapse. This behavior is in line with the notes client
