SPR# TTAN8RHJ7J - Domino tasks that start and stop successfully on an active server result in <defunct> processes from the OS. These continued to build until the OS could not handle anymore and the system would fail. Before this fix, Domino would need to be restarted to clear the <defunct> processes.
