SPR# LCAYACMJTH - This fix Introduces a notes.ini SMTP_RELAY_TTL=n where n is in seconds. When this ini is enabled, any Router domain cache entry for an internet domain routed to a relay host will only be honored for n seconds. After the n seconds, the internet domain will be looked up again in DNS. The result is that this can help better load balance outbound SMTP traffic to the relay when there are many hosts defined for that relay host in DNS.
