SPR# SGUA7C9JYR - Calendar Open Entry for a Meeting/Appointment where the mailfile user is a "Chair" takes more time because it toggled from Read to Edit mode. Fixed to open "Chair" meetings in Edit Mode directly. This regression was introduced in 8.0.
