SPR# JPAIDFLJVU - Server - Database - DBMT - Added a debug ini (off by default) DEBUG_LET_COMPACT_REORG_FOLDERS that allows the compact thread to take care of doing the folder reorg to avoid having too many updall threads in dbmt when working with many databases that have many folders, which resulted in Trans Log Full error. If this ini is set, there will be no transaction logging for all the folder reorgs. This regression was introduced in 10.0.1.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
