SPR# ISTO3R4RV7 - Fixed a problem where deleting table columns with merged cells caused a #34:42 error. This regression was introduced in 4.5x.

Technote Number: 1085810

Problem:
To delete the rightmost column, delete that column alone without selecting
several columns or split the merged cells before you delete the column.

This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.6a Client and Notes 5.0.7 Client.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.6a QMU fix list and
5.0.7 QMR fix list (available at http://www.notes.net):

Editor - Tables
+ SPR# ISTO3R4RV7 - Fixed a problem where deleting table columns with merged
cells caused a #34:42 error. This regression was introduced in 4.5x.Supporting Information:

Steps To Reproduce Using Notes 5.x:
1. Create a 4x6 table (for example, in a Rich Text field of a document).
2. Merge an entire row of cells (highlight the entire row and from the menu,
select Table, Merge Cells).
3. Highlight the last 2 columns.
4. From the menu, select Table, Delete Selected Column(s) including the last
column. Select Yes to the prompt, "This operation cannot be undone. Would you
like to proceed?" The #34:42 error occurs.

Entire row has to be merged, more then one column has to be deleted, including
the last column
Delete these 2 columns

Steps To Reproduce Using Notes 4.5x:
1. Create a 4x6 table (for example, in a Rich Text field of a document).
2. Merge any cells. (The merged cell can be anywhere, but there must be a
merged cell to reproduce this.)
3. Highlight the last 2 columns.

- One of the columns has to be the rightmost column (i.e., selecting column 2
and 3 below will not cause the error.)
- You have to select at least 2 columns to be deleted. (i.e., selecting column
4 alone will not cause error.)

4. Select Table, Delete Selected Column(s) including the last column. The
#34:42 error message occurs.

The difference between Notes 4.5x and Notes 5.x is that in 4.5x the merged cell
could be anywhere, but in Notes 5.x an entire row has to be merged.
