SPR# DGIN5PZLFG - In the case when many LEI and DECS activities start at exactly the same time, there can be contention for Notes id access, generating "Error: ID is in use by another process". This problem has been resolved.

This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been addressed in LEI
6.5.1, 6.0.4 and 7.

SPR# DGIN5PZLFG - In the case when many LEI and DECS activities start at
exactly the same time, there can be contention for Notes id access, generating
"Error: ID is in use by another process". This problem has been resolved.
As a workaround for earlier versions, reschedule the activities to initialize
