SPR# TSHI9523WS - Sending a message to a non-unique recipient (like Tom@Domain) that also includes an internet recipient, returns a Non-delivery Report for Tom@Domain. The internet recipient sees Tom's internet address in the message. Added a notes.ini to hanble flat names in internet oubound address to find a single match. If multiple found, the rules specified in the global domain document will be used. Including notes domains in the rules to construct an address is recommeded when enabling this fix via new Notes.ini.
