SPR# MCHZ6PQULD - Saving or saving and closing a contact doc in DWA caused multiple entries in the Full Name field. Prior to this fix, the code was comparing non lower-cased name (from last, first name) with lower cased name in fullname field. Changed it to compare lower-cased names. This regression was introduced in 7.0.
