SPR# PANN99PEPL - Fixes issue where checking schedules in the propose options dialog box after changing the time, produces the following error "Your start and end times result in a duration that is less than 1 minute. Please re-enter times. (Duration result is: 0)". This regression was introduced in 8.5.3.
