SPR# FGRR678FLC - After upgrading from R5.0 to R6.0, the "Allow customizations" option will not be checked as the default. This regression was introduced in 6.0.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# FGRR678FLC and was fixed
in the Notes/Domino 6.5.5 MR release.

Design
SPR# FGRR678FLC - After upgrading from R5.0 to R6.0, the "Allow customizations"
option will not be checked as the default. This regression was introduced in
6.0.
If you haven't yet upgraded, you can prevent users from customizing views by
going to the Properties --> Info panel, and uncheck (disable) "allow
customizations." You must do this for each view. There is no way to disable
"allow customizations" for all views at once.
