SPR# SJAS5UDV5X - When a user tries to propose a new time for a meeting by using drag and drop, the meeting is placed on the first entry, if accepted. This regression was introduced in 6.0.2 CF2 and was fixed in 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

Technote Number: 1156550

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and was fixed in
Notes/Domino Release 6.0.4/6.5.2. You can work around this issue by not using
drag and drop to propose a new time.
Additional Information
This issue occurs a little differently in 6.02 CF2 than in 6.5. In 6.5, the
proposed meeting is placed on the start date after the proposed meeting is
declined and the invitee accepts the declined proposal. In 6.02 CF2, the
meeting is moved to the start date when a proposal using drag and drop is
initially made. For example:
When using 6.02 CF2
1. Chair invites a user to a repeat meeting that repeats 5 days, Mon - Fri
2. Invitee accepts meeting.
3. On the Wednesday of the series, the invitee drags the meeting and gets the
popup. They request the meeting be moved to the following Monday. When they
do, the meeting is placed on the Monday start date, causing them to have no Wed
meeting and two meetings on Monday.
4. Chair gets the proposal and declines it.
5. The invitee gets the decline and accepts it.. It still stays on the Monday
of the series.
When using 6.5
1. Chair invites a user to a repeat meeting that repeats 5 days, Mon - Fri
2. Invitee accepts meeting.
3. On the Wednesday of the series, the invitee drags the meeting and gets the
popup. They request the meeting by moved to the following Monday. When they
do, the meeting is removed from the calendar at that time.
4. Chair gets the proposal and declines it.
5.. The invitee gets the decline and accepts it, the meeting is placed on the
Monday start date, so now there are two meetings on Monday, and none on
Wednesday. More >
