SPR# WAWD49BQPT - When the Agent Manager was loaded and running, JVM (Java Virtual Machine) was also loaded. This has been changed; JVM now remains non-loaded until some agent/servlet program requires it. After that, it remains loaded. (The currrent Linux implementation continues to load JVM when Agent Manager loads.)
