SPR# CCAY64CR5S - Fixed an intermittent "Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time; please retry." error case. Users could successfully retry the operation after the error message was displayed. Customers have reported that this problem sometimes occurred after they were inactive for a longer period of time (30 minutes or more) and they went to open a database on a server.
