SPR# HDAN7VZMJ8 - Prior to this fix, when a chat window was disabled due to a failure to establish an IM session, it would remain disabled, even if later on the partner sent a message to that disabled chat window. With this fix, the chat window is re-enabled in the event it is greyed out when a partner sends a message. This regression was introduced in 8.5.1.
