Calendaring & Scheduling
SPR# GGUZ4F7NCJ - When importing holidays that were marked in the NAB to appear
as busytime, the penciled in field ( BookFreeTime ) will now *not* be checked
so that this time will appear busy.
Supporting Information:

There are several circumstances to take into consideration with importing
holidays. First, the administrator needs to determine how they want the
holiday to be imported; either as busy or free. Usually, administrators will
want the holidays to be imported as busy in order to reflect time off that most
employees have during the holiday. If this is their method of choice then
making the holidays import as busy time will do just that; show busy time. The
problem, however, is that the 'Pencil In' option is selected. If the
administrator has some users who have imported the holidays but need this time
to show up as free time, here is what they must do:

1. First, deselect the 'Pencil In' checkbox.
2. Next, save the entry (Note: this will need to be done for each entry).
3. Reselect the 'Pencil In' checkbox. This will display the user's time as
free.
