SPR# JWAE8AKQ3B - Fix resolves an Agent Manager (Amgr Task) CPU spike a Bug in Java 1.6 SR7. In 8.5.3 we have upgraded to Java 1.6 SR9 FP1 which resolves the cpu spike.
