SPR# DKENDF3U23 - Server - Security - OIDC - Fixed an issue where EOF detection in OpenSSL's TLS implementation was changed in OpenSSL 3.2 which resulted in libcurl leveraging OpenSSL 3.2 or higher returning an error after successfully performing back-channel logout against a Domino HTTP server
