SPR# TMDS882P8M - The Spell Checker's "Skip All" feature does not "skip all" if first occurrence is in the subject. Previously, the header doc and body doc use different spell checker instances to do dialog spell checking, this fix will make header doc uses body doc spell checker instance to do dialog spell, so that skip word list can be shared between header and body.
