SPR# BACY45SGHG - Fix POP3 error, "Unable to obtain exclusive access to mail drop," by adding support for POP3 autologout.

Problem:
The idle timeout feature is on by default. In Domino R5 the default value is
set to 10 minutes. The value can be overridden with the following Notes.INI
parameter:
POP3_SESSION_TIMEOUT=10
The timeout value is in minutes. In the above example the default timeout has
been overridden to 10 minutes. For the change to take effect you will need to
restart the POP3 server.
