SPR# NBRR77CLCY - On windows based servers sometimes the command db.FilePath can return different results (using different cases). This string result is used within the RSS feed to make up the url to the blog posting.
Because then the url could appear different to the RSS Feed Reader even though it is a single post (for example the next time the feed reader checked for new entries) the feed reader would think it is a new and different entry and create a duplicate.
This was fixed by forcing a lowercase of db.FilePath for Windows servers.
