SPR# RSCR88GND8 - Intermittently, in some Notes 8.5.2 Standard clients running on Windows, an incorrect image displays for all attachment icons. Typically, the incorrect image that displays resembles one of the following icons: a blue green circle inside a black square or a black circle above a black square. This is a regression introduced in 8.5.2.
