SPR# YYSN7FH9N2 - Prior to this fix, the launch sequence was not always correct when launching Notes for the first time. The configuration wizard was not displayed. Instead, the main 8.0x dialog was displayed and then the config wizard appeared. With this fix, an optional Notes.ini variable "Enable_Early_Authentication=0" is available as a means to use the old startup sequence. If the ini is not used, the default value of '1" will be used to enable the new and correct startup sequence.
