SPR# SRAOCXYMHE - Server - Securitty - Fixed handling different format/padding of SAML Encrypted assertions while using AES-CBC algorithm by SAML IDPs like Shibboleth/Keycloak. To enable this fix, set notes.ini ALLOW_SAML_AESCBC_PADDING_WORKAROUND=1
