SPR# BKAN6WLR7M - Prior to the fix, busytime lookups attempted by the Notes client would not attempt to fail over if the users Home Server was down. Instead it would always attempt to reach the Home Server and if it failed to, would not attempt to failover to a clustermate. If the Home Server were up to begin with but the initial busytime lookup attempt failed because the Home Server went down then the client would try cluster failover (but only after initially trying the Home Server first).

Now the client will attempt to begin on the users Home Server or any clustermate if the Home Server is already down.
