SPR# MKEE7V9F82 - Fixed XPages problem using Browser Time Zone, where it always displayed GMT time. In 8.5.1 FP1 this is addressed everywhere except using the "web preview" feature in the Notes Designer client. The remaining Designer fix will be in a future MR.
