SPR# KSAA7PL9Z2 - Fixed a problem where the policy information for the Notes Client was not being read properly on initial startup after upgrade from 8.0.x to 8.5. This was preventing Successful Smart Upgrade Tracking Reports from being sent to the mail in database if they were configured via policies.
