SPR# GMAA6HYCRN - When the installer creates the Program and Data files directories, the default security permissions were inherited from the parent directory. On Windows XP, the default permissions are to not allow users write access to these directories, which Notes requires. This fix makes the installer change the default permissions on the Program and Data directories to allow write access to them.
