SPR# RPAI5G9S34 - Fix rename not propagatinginto Domino/iNotes Web Access id file when calling SECGetIDFileFromMailDB.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and was addressed in
Domino Web Access 6.0.3 and 6.5.

SPR# RPAI5G9S34 - Fix rename not propagating into Domino/iNotes Web Access id
file when calling SECGetIDFileFromMailDB.
ID file updates are restricted to ID files that have accept rename update
automatically set to yes and the ID file is extracted from the mail database's
Admin server when the file is extracted.
As a workaround in versions prior to 6.0.3 and 6.5, accept the name change in a
Notes client. The name is changed in the Person document, but because the user
never accepts the change, the ACL of the users mail file never gets updated.
A rename will work for users who do not have a Notes public key, for instance
internet users who access their mail via POP or IMAP protocols. More >
