SPR# CSAOCF5B23 - Client - Editor - Fixed an issue where some Japanese characters became garbled in subject, To, CC, BCC fields. This regression was introduced in 12.0.1.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
