SPR# BSCT7GCH75 - Notes crashes when viewing attachments if keyview.ini file is read only. Keyview.ini needs to be writable. If placed in a directory that isn't writable (e.g. \program files\... on Vista), then Notes would crash. One workaround is to simply move the data directory to a location that is both readable and writable on the file system. This was resolved in Notes 8.5.1
