SPR# MIAS5TNLNR - Fixed a problem where clients could not attach. "Error on Listen function: Insufficient memory" was displayed in the log. Recycling the server would allow the clients to connect. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1.

This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino release 6.5.1.
