SPR# YGAO7S8HLX - Added a notes.ini setting WorkspaceUnreadCount=1 which will enable the feature to have an immediate update on the unread count on the workspace icon of the mail database. This fix adds a second Notes.ini setting (WorkspaceUnreadCountLogging=1) to enable unread count logging.
