SPR# HHIEC9C9Y6 - iNotes - Added a work around fix for an issue with Safari browser where it fails to handle filename* attribute in Content-Disposition header if the length of filename* attribute value exceeds a particular size. The fix works if notes.ini setting iNotes_WA_DisableCDNameSafari=1 is set. This regression was introduced in 11.0.1 FP4
