SPR# DPOL7KDJNQ - Fixed a problem where we were incorrectly "fixing" notes urls which had a server name specified in them. The URL notes://server/__db.nsf/resource would be transformed to notes:///__db.nsf/resource and the url would no longer be resolvable. This regression was introduced in 7.0.
