SPR# JYMA76H7B3 - Based on the new i5/OS release there are some PGMs and SRVPGMs part of Domino that needs to be converted to this new release the first time they are called, this will take a lot of convertion time only the first time they are called. specifically on the commands CFGDOMSVR, CHGDOMSVR, and STRDOMSVR.
There is a need to add a message on those commands to advise of this long time convertion in order to notify this situation. This is the issue addressed on this SPR.
