SPR# SLIR5NSQGK - Added the ability to disable transaction logging for the mail.box, created by Domino, by setting MailBoxDisableTXNLogging=1 in the Notes.ini.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino
6.0.3. Note, however, that this is not possible in the Domino 5.x product
series.

Design
SPR# SLIR5NSQGK - Added the ability to disable transaction logging for the
mail.box, created by Domino, by setting MailBoxDisableTXNLogging=1 in the
Notes.ini.
To work around the issue prior to Domino 6.0.3, create a new MAIL.BOX(s) and
"disable" transactional logging, and then run Compact on the MAIL.BOX(s) to
"disable" transactional logging on the MAIL.BOX(s).

Syntax: MailBoxDisableTXNLogging=value
Description: Allows mail.boxes created by server during startup to be created
with transaction logging disabled. when set to any non-zero value
Applies to: Servers
Default: 0 (transaction logging is enabled for mail.boxes created at server
startup)
