SPR# WVHM4VNKQM - Added the notes.ini parameter LOG_DISABLE_SESSION_INFO to allow administrators to turn off the writing of session information to log.nsf when sessions are closed on the server.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering (via SPR #GHED4CDPLW) and
was found to no longer occur in Domino 4.6.7.
It was reported (via SPR #WVHM4VNKQM) that the issue began re-occurring in
Domino 5.0.4a, and this has now been addressed in Domino 5.0.9.

in the Usage by Date and Usage by User views, sorted by user and including
totals for each column and session.
