SPR# JLJE5X5JYP - Renamed dhtmled.cab to DHTMLED.cab.

Problem:
The issue has occurred in a scenario where Domino Web Access (DWA) is looking
for the file, DHTMLED.cab but cannot locate it. Usually, this file is already
on a user's system (part of the MS Internet Explorer install). But DWA will
attempt to load DHTMLED.cab from the Domino server if it is needed. The issue
is that the Domino Server installs dhtmled.cab. Even though the file spellings
and extensions appear to be the same, note the difference in case between the
two files:
DHTMLED.cab versus dhtmled.cab
If the Domino Server is running on a UNIX platform, the file will not be found
because files are case sensitive on UNIX platforms.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and was addressed in Domino Web
Access 6.5.3.

Workaround:
A workaround is to change the case of the file. That is, copy dhtmled.cab to
DHTMLED.cab in the ...\data\domino\html directory.
