SPR# JTIO4WL9J4 - Modified hide-when formulas on cc fields on Memo, Reply, and Reply with History, so the field will print when editing.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Notes 5.0.10, and is also no longer reproducible in Notes 6.
The problems were a result of incorrect "Hide Paragraph When Document is:
Printed" settings in the Field Properties tab (sixth tab from the left) for the
EnterCopyTo and tmpEnterCopyTo fields on the form.
The problem is corrected for each version when this "Hide Paragraph When
Document is: Printed" setting is enabled for the EnterCopyTo field and disabled
for the tmpEnterCopyTo field. It is set this way for the 5.0.10 template.
The issue was further addressed in Notes 5.0.12.

Reply with History, so the field will print when editing.
Different results are seen depending on whether this setting is disabled or
enabled for these fields:
When the setting is disabled for the EnterCopyTo field and enabled for the
tmpEnterCopyTo field, the CC line does not print when the message is in Read
mode. It will print fine from Edit mode.
When the setting is enabled for both fields, the entire line does not print in
either Read or Edit mode.
When the setting is disabled for both, the CC line prints fine from Read Mode,
but prints twice from Edit Mode.
Supporting Information:
The document titled "CC Field Does Not Display in Print Preview in Notes R5
Mail File" (#174825 ) describes a problem that was fixed in R5.0.5, where the
identifier of the EnterCopyTo field (CC:) printed, but the value did not. This
is not to be confused with the issue described above, where the entire line
does not print.
