SPR# CTSI86EPZ9 - Fix resolves an intermittent error when running Notes web lite mode in a low bandwidth environment: "The server did not respond quickly enough. The server may be down or having problems. If this error occurs when you are sending mail, you may need to reduce the size of attachments and try again."
