SPR# BAKH465QNL - Stop a crash that occasionally happened when the server was shut down depending on the order of the shutdown events. The crash would report "PANIC: LookupHandle: handle not allocated" on the server console.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino release 5.0.1.
