SPR# MKIA69XCYG - @OptimizeMailAddress crashed at treating long strings include DBCS and TAB on Solaris. When using type 'Names' field for Inotes contact entries, the field was truncated to 256 char without accounting for multibyte characters. The fix will prevent multibyte characters in DBCS strings from being truncated, thereby preventing partial multibyte characters from being left in the string.
